Exactly, which is why in my divorce I did not file on the grounds of adultery, which could have easily been proven. It doesn't really mean anything - I know he did it; he & his side piece and everyone else in the free world know they did it - and it was not beneficial to me at all, monetarily, to speed up the divorce. ... I did, however, maintain my right to go back for permanent alimony.
