I'm not sure if things have changed, but I called Burk Baker and there is no timer. You just work at your own pace.
Then Burk Baker's online course is out of compliance with the LREC requirements. I wouldn't take that course if this is the case.

It's reading then taking tests, right? If that takes me less than 90 hours what difference does it make? Are you supposed to sit there for 30 minutes so a timer can run before you take the quiz at the end of a lesson? I am honestly curious.
