Commercial appraisal is in high demand if you want to work your arse off. You will get paid for working your arse off though. Get a finance degree and jump in. Average age practicing is like 57 now so demand will keep going up as older guys retire. It's not a career a lot of people think about when you're in college but definitely something that will remain in demand for a while

Does the 90 hour online licensing course actually take 90 hours or can it be completed faster?
