Why do I have the feeling if it was the daughter of a dentist or business executive who was involved in a fight with a sorority sister, the whole thing never would have made it to court or long been tossed out? Methinks some fine parents heard their little darling was in a fight and they saw dollar signs.

That, or she suffered physical injuries which have apparently been corroborated.

Surgery = court & would not be thrown out. Not sure of domestic violence laws in the state of Alabama but I was under the impression law enforcement places charges regardless of the victims wishes. Is this only civil? Or is this criminal court?
