Elfrid Payton was a lottery pick last year and he couldn't shoot a lick. Payton is quicker than TQ, but TQ is at least two inches taller and just as good of a defender. Is TQ a lottery pick this year? No. But to think that his size at the PG spot doesn't intrigue NBA scouts is assinine.
