The guy is walking down the street with a rifle. While it may be legal, its not exactly the same as walking down the street with a lollipop. Im not sure why people cant see the difference here.

For some reason, and I can't figure out why, but some people just want to throw reasonable thought out the window when it comes to 2nd Amendment Rights.
