I'm sure this question will get me murdered by the board, but how good was Tommie Frazier as a QB? He played before I watched college football so I never saw him play outside of watching some highlights of him, so I'm admittedly somewhat ignorant on him. But looking at his stats he averaged 880 yards passing and 489 yards rushing in his 4 years. I know those Nebraska teams were dominant but his individual stats seem fairly pedestrian. Did he have injury problems or something or are people just remembering him as the QB of a dynasty?
He was still the title game MVP in a losing effort. That should tell you something.

I saw that fact. Chuck Howley accomplished that feat as well. Doesn't make him a hall of famer or an all time great player. I'm sure Frazier was great and I just didn't witness it, but this point doesn't sell me
