There is no reason to drink black coffee with regards to health. If you prefer it black, fine.
But the fat won't hurt you. Coffee experts will tell you that the fat has a complimentary effect on coffee and that certain aspects of coffee "die" when left black.

I drink around 2-3 cups a day. Usually 2 in the morning and then if I'm studying ill brew another pot and drink another one or two
