Apparently floating strip clubs are crappy

Was listening to a radio show this AM talking about this club. Apparently, they limit customers to 12 total to have a 1:1 customer stripper ratio, $40 for topless lap dance, $60 for complete nude lap dance. 'bout all I got out of listening to that.
I have to imagine if they are limiting people that there's not that much waste and since it's alleged that they aren't disposing of the waste properly, that someone's unhappy about there being a floating strip club more than the actual waste itself.
