He's the one that selects the team. He's the one that continues to put per out there when you have two other options on the bench. I think he's a great coach, but something has been wrong with this club for a while. Like another poster said. Needs a culture change. This happens year after year. Arsenal has got to switch it up after this season.
I just don't see any other option. Even if they make top 4, its just been the same old crap for them.
