Do brownies and chocolate cake have the same mouthfeel? Both are delicious chocolate desserts, but one is dense and chewy while the other is light and fluffy. Both can be equally enjoyable, but there are obvious differences.

No, and no one discusses it because it's not relevant to any aspect of the enjoyment.

So now we compare mouthfeel between two different items instead of samples from the same item? I had hoped you weren't caught up in this
