Head Coach will have to have SEC experience, NFL assistant experience, and head coaching experience at a major school.

The days of LSU going the assistant route are over. If Fisher or Muschamp did not get it, that is the route LSU will pursue going forward.

only one of these 3 have happened for our last 2 coaches

I think the "coached in the SEC' thing is a little overblown. Most of your successful SEC coaches had not coached in the SEC before, and still managed to win championships. Saban at LSU, Miles and Meyer come to mind.

Oddly enough, we have a guy on staff right now who meets that criteria...
