shite even with Stanton we would have made a run, it wasn't until we had to go to our 4th string QB when shite really fell apart.

Yup, and every team in the NFL would be fricked if they had to reach that far down the depth chart

Almost every team in the league is going to struggle with a 3rd or 4th string QB. Hell, most of them struggle when a back-up QB is in the game. Player development is obviously important, but you can't develop someone who doesn't have the talent. Ryan Lindley is never going to be a good QB in the NFL. Logan Thomas was a 5th or 6th round rookie. The fact that Arizona was even close in their last few games speaks to how good of a coach Arians is.
