Sure, but those cities fit his criteria very well and he hasn't exactly expanded on his wish list since then.

Well if his criteria is simply a good place with good schools for his children, then there are plenty of other places that are on the same level or better than Texas.

Well he mentioned schools, and I'm assuming he meant public schools since nany La private schools aren't all that bad. Texas public schools outside of a few nice communities are shite.
