If I'm summoned by a cop to pull over along with multiple other cars and someone does pull over, I'm continuing my drive. What is he going to do - tell the one who pulled over to kindly stay there while he comes after me and brings me back to the original location?

Maybe I'm stupid but I just don't see how cops are able to do this. What's more, I don't see why multiple people actually listen and pull over once the first one does.

First speeding ticket I ever got (15-16 years old) was with one of my friends while we were screwing around. Cop pulled up besides me and pointed to the side, then jumped ahead of me and pulled behind the other guy to get him to pull over. The ole 2fer.
