I'm not going to speculate on what may have happened before the video nor am I going to say wether it was justified with so little information.
I will say that it appeared that the use of force that was employed did gain compliance and the use of force stopped or was de-escalated once compliance was gained.

its natural to lay on the asphalt and be pummeled by a person who may or may not be a cop and not resist yeahhhhh keep telling yourselves that. I would love to see you get jacked up by someone and you are going to just going to roll over and comply? sure you would, thats genius SHEEP?
