Man, I wish I could remember who I called when I had a pin or two come loose a few years back. I can tell you it was a $75 charge for them to come out, but considering I have no idea how to fix a garage door I was very happy with that.

thanks for the advise. I have to leave for work and honestly dont like leaving it open longer than i need to
