Legit question: Have you even had your T tested? You need to know total T, free T, and Sex Hormone Binding Globulin.

Then, if your numbers are off, start thinking about this stuff (and only if you are eating and sleeping right).

Not an attack on you, but there seems to be a trend of men (usually 10yrs older than you) looking for health improvements, and just assuming test. is the issue.

I had my t levels test 3 years ago. They were all normal but on the low end of normal. However the pa didn't know if the normal levels were normal for my age or normal for someone in their 40's or older. Since the levels didn't specify have age ranges.
