Amuses me a little that people wanted another recruiter. We already have added tons of recruiting talent to our staff. Wouldnt yall rather have a few guys on staff who can actually develop the talent?

Given the staff's recruiting abilities as a whole, I think all this hire requires is someone who at least carries his weight as a recruiter.
