Boiled Crawfish - NOLA

Sorry in advance, as I'm sure this has been discussed already.
Some out of town friends are coming down for the weekend, and don't want to do a boil at home while running around Saturday/Sunday/Monday.
What are my restaurant options? Mid-City/CBD/FQ/Warehouse areas.
Thanks.

Big Fisherman unless you go out to Metairie

It's going to be real tough to find places in those areas boiling crawfish this weekend. My advice it to head out to Smitty's in Kennabrah. Or maybe Deanie's in Bucktown.

Also bars have boils. Mid city yacht club on Friday and Maple Leaf on Sunday.

Thought of this after I started this thread. They serve corn & sausage with it?

Traceys on Thursdays too. They probably won't start until after Easter when prices go down though.

I'd check Deanie's in the FQ too.

Usually.

I find that the Galley in Metairie has some of the best boiled crawfish at a restaurant. Most restaurants don't season their crawfish enough. Galley usually has them spiced up just right.

frick them and their $8 per lb crawfish. MUCH better and cheaper options in the area.
