i might get a general contractor out there to see what he can do for the home while he's still living in it. It needs some work i can't do. A good pest control agency as well.

I used to believe that if an old person states they want to stay in their home then you should bugger off.. My tone has changed watching grandparents/others wither into nothing while living out their days in home while others have stubbornly moved and been thankful only a short time later.. My conclusion, never force but definitely push
