No, but I did have an initial lunch meeting that would have lead to an interview in which the guy failed to show up, and failed to call or e-mail to tell me he would not be able to make it. After about 30 minutes, I left the restaurant. He called later that day to reschedule - I told him no thanks.

I had something similar happen to me at a head hunter place. They left me waiting in an interview room for 30+ mins. I asked the secretary several times where so n so was to no avail. Got tired and left.
