I'm not sure the exact Louisiana legalities regarding Trust but I would much rather trust that to a local lawyer that deals in that field regularly.
I had my trust written up for $375. Anytime I have a question I can email him, and he replies on the same day.

Like I said, I've already decided to use him. Just trying to learn something here.
