They would continue to write 0 to big rigs in construction zones. The trucks in right lane signs are a huge waste in the budget since it isn't enforced.

It appears that they are writing more tickets in order to help pay their raises.
Besides, the public will be hit with more traffic tickets regardless. Anytime there is a shortfall in the budget, the LA State Tax Trooppers are sent out in force to increase revenues.
