Nerbone is awesome.
1. Berkeley Bowl - the best produce and all around grocery store I have ever been to. Even manages to overcome being in Berkeley, CA.
2. Woodland Mkt - Kentfield CA - small local store with fantastic produce, great meat, and a incredible wine selection.
3. Central Mkt - pretty comprehensive
4. Mollie Stones - a regional chain. In NorCal, good produce, great meat, great wine selection.
5. Whole Foods - I generally find Whole Foods to be consistent with high quality content including prepared foods. That said, the one in my town doesn't sell wine, and the bakery sucks.![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)
