That is a torn page from liberal the economics textbook. $25 million is $25 million, and his $25 million is worth the same as your $25 million (theoretically, if you could rub together enough brain cells to make that much). If you put a $20 bill in a relief donation at church, do you get chastised because you made $75k last year and that donation is a crumb from your annual sandwich?
