Serious question: why is Harry Kane so fricking good? Was he supposed to be this good? Where did he come from?

Harry Kane is just a smart player. His touch isn't amazing, but he is a really purposeful dribbler, and he has been an absurdly clinical finisher this year. The guy can place a ball with his foot and head as well as anyone. He has no nerves in front of goal. I hope he continues to play that way.
