I'v heard Jo Lee Pearl (or however you spell it) sucks. Never been but to mean it seems like a poor business plan to be shipping in oysters all over the country when you are based in Louisiana. Anyone the complaints have ranged from poor service, to terrible drinks from the bar, to overpriced menu items.

I've also been to Jolie Pearl, thought it was fine.
Oysters from waters outside of Louisiana are pretty good, too. You should try some.

Jolie Pearl has some quality oysters no doubt about it. but their prices are walking the fine line between a little high and absurd imo.

They have plenty of local oysters, Nice to be able to try a few other varieties as well.
