I am sure you are smart enough to figure out if you are commiting a conflict of interest on certain deals.
I know a few realtors that are former lawyers. Glad I didn't become a lawyer.

I'd call the Ethics Office for the bar and get copies of any opinions on conflicts and sharing revenue.
