Have a friend at work who said the Boil House in the heights was the best crawfish he has had in texas. He is from New Orleans so I hope he knows what he is talking about.

The Boil House is pretty damn good. Crawfish Shack is good, but now everyone in Houston seems to go there, so you'll have to wait an hour.
