Captain Cruze Isn't Jimmy Johns / Ingas a ripoff? Spending all this money for something you could make yourself at home... Lazy college kids get it delivered also. I mean we all could make it at home, theyre conning us. Its not po boys or muffalettas.

So if I get hungry around noon and I'm around campus I'm supposed to drive across town to my home because I can make a sandwich cheaper there?

Post less.

I can't bring myself to do it. Health aside (I don't care about healthy food, so leaving it out of my post), I can't bring myself to spend money on a lunchmeat sandwich when I can spend that same amount on some pizza or a burger or a poboy... or even a different type of sandwich than lunchmeat.

Just a personal preference.

Could be because growing up, I had no idea people ate anything other than sandwiches for lunch. For some reason, my parents (especially my dad) think lunchtime = sandwich, so I ate a regular sandwich every day for YEARS. Now I have to be in a rare sandwich mood to eat the lunchmeat type.

I guess the easy answer would be "make your own" but I hate how the bread gets when a sandwich sits together for a long time, especially with mayo

I know people who will order it at home instead of making their own sandwich, which is dumb, but if I'm out and need something quick I will grab it instead of eating fast food
