Applied to marathon and entergy today. Hate to leave the retirement at shell, bc it's the best you'll find anywhere, but I don't want to potentially be doing this 9 or 15 years from now.

I would call one of your shell contacts and tell them you would like to discuss direct hire or what options you have to go back to work without losing time invested. Just a thought....
