And understand its not only a strike, but also a lockout. Imagine 1500 workers not getting paid and being locked out of their work place. Also imagine having to be part of a union whether you choose to or not. Now imagine being a salaried employee crossing the picket lines and being viewed as the person who is taking their job.

If I refuse to go to work, I will be fired.
I will also be arrested if I accost the other people who are working there.
So why are they allowed to do this and why is it supported by Unions?
