Educating the lock-step minions. I've often thought about how I could shift Union breaking into my career. Currently, I have no connections, personally or professionally, with any union or its members.

I didn't. I went to the union hall and asked lots of questions before I had signed my name.
There are plenty of reasons to be in a union besides pay, but most people already know everything about unions from a Bon Jovi song.
