I truly, truly don't like the GF people. If someone really has Celiac disease, I have the utmost sympathy for them. It's not a fun disease, and GF food is pretty gross. But, 90% of people on that bandwagon are self-diagnosed, and they're really demeaning the people who have to live with Celiac. My ex boss was one of the idiots. She had a patch of eczema on her arm about the size of a quarter and decided it was from a "gluten intolerance" and went on the diet. So dumb. I guess if something good comes out of this stupid craze is that there are more food options for the people who really need it.

Nearly everything you eat (if you eat clean) is gluten free.

Meat, eggs, veggies, fruits, olive oil, whey, etc. Pure whey. Not that muscle milk shite.

Only when you start getting into bread and cookies and stuff like that do you have to "worry" about gluten.

And ill give you that things labeled "gluten free" are usually gross. Damn gross. But steak and eggs are gluten free so its not all bad!
