If I am sending someone to Tujaque's, it's for the chicken bon femme(sp?) not the brisket.

These are ICONIC dishes, not necessarily the best. I would sub Central Grocery for Cochon on the Muff. I never heard of Praline Bacon and it sounds nasty. If you're putting Oysters Rockefeller on the list, Antoine's should be the restaurant. And brisket may not excite you, but Tujague's brisket is an iconic New Orleans dish.
