Does LSU go after a 2 or 3 star LB or DL and convert to FB?

Assuming there's room in the class. LSU has had good history with projects like this. FB position went from 3 and 4 deep 2 years ago, to empty. Most ppl will say Ducre is the #1 FB in the country but go watch his film. Tell me how many lead blocks you see. He is a slightly faster Hillard. What says the RB?

Maybe an in state guy that's a monster but wouldn't see much time at his normal position? Someone that's always wanted to go to LSU. Idk... Grasping here

Nah, they'll convert someone on the roster first.

What makes you think that a LB or DL from high school who doesn't lead block will be a better FB than Ducre? We also have Mouton.

No, never. Just because some one switched in the past doesnt mean that is why they were recruited.

Why would we convert someone when we already have commits for that spot???

More likely we sign a fullback to convert to LB.

All hell naw, we about to fight over this. lol

Anyway I think Mouton can go there, but we will definitely either use less fullback, or go with a walk on.
