Yes. Realized something was seriously wrong on mile 10 of a 19 mile run.

The biggest problem is that you think you're completely healed when you aren't. The pain stops occurring when you walk, so you think you can do something with higher impact. It takes time to heal.

Since rest seems to be the treatment, at this point I'm almost ready to tell him he's done for the season.
