It's true. Keep believing that bioscience that it's good to workout on an empty stomach. You're burning all your fat cells

For those of us (like myself) who genuinely don't know this stuff...what is the best thing to do then?

Like I said earlier I read that info in a book but it could obviously be not entirely accurate. What's wrong with fasted working out? Does it matter if you're more focusing on burning fat or building muscle?
