Well I was charted for an offense that didn't fit the alleged offense---

So which one was it? I think that's a fair question to ask.

And honestly, I did not go 18 mph over the speed limit. Max was 9-10 mph.

You said he wrote the wrong charge.

What statute did he write on the citation?
