When I'm having a responsible week, I write out a meal plan on Mondays at work. This week is not one of those It definitely helps eliminate dining out too much though.

I don't plan out weekends. Those are planned closer to/during the weekend Generally, I'll cook one of the nights and stay home.. and then go out the other night.
