i save my fat calories for food that i prefer to the taste-difference in milk, like meat (or a little cheese....or spread), because i'm trying to cut calories to lose weight and i'm not really working out right now
if i were working out more and trying to build, my diet wouldn't be as calorie-deficient and whole dairy milk is a great thing for that exact purpose

I cut my dairy down to see if it helps my cholesterol. I'm 31, extremely fit, but got the bad news of high cholesterol, doc thinks it may be genetic or im hyper sensitive to foods high in cholesterol. So I buy half gallon of milk and half gallon of almond milk. I can't drink the regular shite, its too watery. I've found Blue Mountain reduced sugar vanilla to be the best compromise.
