Workout crew, anyone here use Fitnotes to track workouts?

I was old school and still used a composition book and a pencil. Downloaded it Friday and love it, just wanted to share.

I rubbed my nutsack on the dumbells last week. After that, I rubbed my nutsack on the mirror by the dumbells. You are basically looking at and touching my nutsack every time you work out. After that I went to Smoothie King
