I've known many people arrested for pot possession or pot DUI`s and everyone of them was prohibited from drinking alcohol while on probation and were tested for it and all drugs. It`s actually very common in many states whether you've heard of it or not.

Fair enough, everyone I've ever known to be in such legal trouble must just be lucky, or have good lawyers.
