Wait, what?

There is nothing a kid NEEDS his phone for in high school, so there's no reason it shouldn't be confiscated if the kid is abusing the privilege of having it on him during class.

I'm not okay with teachers taking someones property. I'm not sure why you are. You realize that it's very common to confiscate phones for days or weeks and not just until the end of class, right?
