What Coach posted is correct. You can carry concealed in restaurants that have a class "R" liquor permit (in addition to their Class A liquor license). This encompasses virtually all restaurants and excludes virtually all bars/lounges/honky tonks.

You cannot exceed a blood alcohol content (BAC) of over .05% and still carry legally. (For comparison, the DWI threshold is .08%).

In reality (practicality), folks shouldn't be drinking at all if they're gonna carry.
