The crime, if any, should relate to some abuse of authority or office.

If she had met him at a bar and he wasnt a student at her school...no laws broken....
32 yr old boss shaggs 18yr old employee...no laws broken...
If a student is of legal age,all that should happen is perhaps being fired or forced to resign....sorry but the students these days are bigger whores(m or f) than u can imagine
