Something about the teacher being a supervisor. Doesn't matter if student is of age or now.

I thought those were state laws, not federal. Maybe I am mistaken.
This is absurd to give this woman a felony for bagging an 18 year old consenting adult. Just fire her, fine her, and send her to some court ordered classes about being a responsible adult.
