That is still bullshite. Why should a citizen have to pay money and get permission to exercise a basic right.

Those other five states are doing it right.

You prepay for 20 years worth (so 4 times the regular $125 = $500). But you still have to provide proof of training every 5 years. So you don't pay the state again, just your instructor.

But I never suggest it to students because I think we will have Constitutional Carry in that time span.
