People would still hate Harden's flops and Dwight's cry baby persona even if the Rox sucked.
It also has nothing to do with Dwight not being a Mav. I thought he was a prima donna punk when he was in Orlando and LA too.
That wouldn't change if he was a Mav just like how my opinion of guys like OJ Mayo and Antoine Walker never changed.

People liked Chris Paul before he had the spotlight in LA. When he was with the Pels, nobody really gave a shite. If the Rockets sucked, people would probably be saying Harden was the next great thing by looking at his numbers. That's what the modern NBA fan does. They loathe the proven stars, and they prop up the exciting player on a shitty team that doesn't get enough coverage to have his flaws exposed, both on and off the court.
